Delivery and Cancellation

We deliver to all EU countries and Norway. Free shipping within Sweden (3-7 business days). 50 SEK to other European countries. Cancellation is not possible after the order has been shipped.

Confirmation

Order confirmation is sent via email.

Payment

Card

Payment by Visa, MasterCard and Diners via CertiTrade AB. PCI-DSS compliant. No extra charges.

Invoice

Pay within 14 days via Klarna AB. 30 SEK invoice fee. Late payment incurs 60 SEK reminder fee plus 24% + reference interest rate. Delivery is made to the registered address.

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. Orders to Norway are VAT-exempt.

Orders

Fraudulent orders are reported to the police. Grandsand reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish Distance Selling Act. Contact info@grandsand.com. Products must be returned in original packaging. If complaint is invalid: 100 SEK + return shipping. Consumer has the right to paid return shipping for valid complaints.

Personal data is treated confidentially. Shared only with payment partners. Right to unsubscribe from marketing, right to access and deletion of data. Email: info@grandsand.com.

Damaged Goods in Transit

Report to carrier within 7 days, report to Grandsand within 14 days.

Limited liability according to terms.

Force Majeure

Standard force majeure clause applies.

Retention of Title

Goods remain property of Grandsand until full payment is received.
