How do I change the size of the strap/links?
Minor adjustment: Move the clasp under the buckle using a pin, thumbtack or paperclip.
Major adjustment: Push out the pins between links, remove the desired number of links and reattach. Remove an equal number from both sides of the buckle.
How do I adjust the time and date on my watch?
Rebel / I Am series (595 kr): Unscrew the crown, pull out, rotate to set, push back in.
Coloristic / The Deep / Sub / Original (495 kr): Pull the crown, rotate to set, push back in.
A watch I want is sold out, will it be restocked?
In most cases yes, but we cannot guarantee it. Please contact us for more information.
Can I pre-order a watch that is sold out?
Normally no, but please contact us and we will see what we can do.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping within Sweden! Approximately 22 SEK (~2.2 EUR) for the rest of Europe.
How do you ship?
We ship via the Swedish Postal Service. Outside Sweden, another distributor takes over.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to be a member to shop?
No, but you can subscribe to our newsletter if you wish.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what's wrong?
Check your spam folder first. Contact us if you haven't received the confirmation within 3 hours.
Are the watches as cool as they look?
Yes, no doubt about it!
